How does Print-On-Demand with Six12 Printing work?

We handle everything from printing to fulfillment. When your customer places an order, we print it, pack it, and ship it directly to them—under your brand name.

What products can I offer?

We print on a wide range of apparel and accessories. From tees and hoodies to totes and hats, our team helps you choose the right blanks and print methods for your designs.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the garment and artwork. We’ll give you a fixed rate per item after reviewing your designs, so you always know your costs upfront.

Are there any setup or subscription fees?

There’s no monthly subscription for POD services.

We charge a one-time $45 store integration fee and optional storage fees if you keep inventory with us.

What are the fulfillment and shipping costs?

Each order costs $1.75 for standard packaging or $2.25 if you include custom packaging or inserts.

Orders typically ship within 12–14 business days.

How do payments work?

We send an invoice by the 10th business day of each month for the previous month’s orders.

Your card on file will be auto-drafted at that time, and a 3% processing fee applies.

Which print methods do you use?

We primarily use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) for most POD products.

Screen printing is available for exclusive items or larger runs (monthly storage fees apply).

What’s my responsibility as a client?

You handle your brand’s communication with customers—questions, refunds, or returns—while we take care of production and fulfillment.

Can you build my Shopify store?

Yes! We’ll connect you with a trusted e-commerce store developer who can design a clean, conversion-ready Shopify store that’s fully integrated for print-on-demand fulfillment.
